MBA Productions, Inc. dba Trienawear and Extensions dancewear is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We do not sell or rent user information. We do not share user information unless necessary to fulfill an order and only as described in this statement. At time of order only, we request name, address, phone number, email address and credit card
information for billing and order fulfillment purposes. If there is a problem in processing an order, we will contact the user with the contact information that the user has provided.
Log Files
We use IP addresses to administer the site and track user's movement on the site. IP addresses
are not linked to personally identifiable information.
Sharing of Your Information
We use a credit card processing company to bill users for purchases. This company does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purpose.
Security of Your Information
Our user’s information is protected both online and offline. Online, we use a shopping cart service so that all order information is protected with 128 Bit SSL Encryption. Offline, only employees who perform customer service or order processing tasks are granted access to user information and all information is stored in a securely locked environment.
Additional Email Correspondence and Opt-out Choice
Occasionally we may email our users with special offers, a newsletter, and/or a notification of a site upgrade. Users may choose to opt-out of these e-mail messages by using our customer service section and/or by following the instructions included in the e-mail message.
